Join our all-ages Flow-a-thon!

Do you remember the awe of building (and watching) your first lava flow volcano made from vinegar and baking soda?

Be part of our all-ages Flow-a-thon, fun science activities for ages 4-104, because science is for everyone (and honestly, what could be more exciting than the combination of biology and physics)!

Global biophysics week is March 24-28, 2025. Whether you are young or young-at-heart, we invite you to celebrate biophysics week with us by participating in our Flow-a-thon!

Simply download our free activity sheet “Fun With Fluidic Measurements” right here under the Results tab and try out one or more of our activities. Simple instructions guide you through fun experiments that you can do at home, school or at the park, lasting from 5 minutes to several days! Invite your family, friends and colleagues to join in and be amazed at the wonders of observation and discovery.

We would love to hear about your experiences. Please let us know - “what you liked” and “what you learned” - by clicking this survey link or using the QR code below. Thanks for being part of our watery adventure and for encouraging science enjoyment for everyone!
