The beta instrument is here (and already walking out the door)!

We are excited… the wait is over! Our new beta prototype flow sensor is ready and being shipped into the hands of beta testers.

Our team has developed a stand alone flow sensor for microfluidics with a wide sensing range and smart detection of measurement drift and sensor clogging.

The flow sensor was designed as a base and cartridge format. The cartridge contains the full flow path and can be exchanged to cover different flow rate ranges. It can also be swapped between experiments if there is a need to strictly avoid cross-contamination of samples, or even in the case of complete clogging that can’t be resolved by regular cleaning methods.

Galileo now comes in a selection of polished surface finishes. The hardest choice will be what color to choose… how about one of each?!
